We are a network of independent creatives and consultants who come together around specific projects.
Greg Justice serves as the lead on all projects and builds the team tailored for each client need. He has a background in writing, video production, and strategic consulting.
He has advised senior executives in the private, non-profit and government sectors, and has helped a variety of organizations develop and implement strategies. He lives in Washington DC with his family.
What We Believe
Organizations are made of people, and people experience life through stories. If you are trying to lead an organization or a team through change, you need to tell a story about that change: where you are, where you are going, and why the change is needed. For the story to resonate, it has to strike a delicate balance between being grounded in current realities while reaching for an aspirational vision.
